車窗硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是承受風(fēng)壓載荷而不發(fā)生破壞、防止雨水滲人的結(jié)構(gòu),產(chǎn)生故障會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響旅客乘車舒適度,表現(xiàn)為:①車體氣密性下降,降水天氣引起車內(nèi)滲水;②隱蔽的使用性故障,當(dāng)前未發(fā)生但可能發(fā)生的因滲水引起車內(nèi)電路短路等。按照車輛風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估矩陣,判定氣控系統(tǒng)故障風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)為R3級(jí)(可接受但須在成本低于收益下降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)),設(shè)定其可靠性控制要求為80%,需要采取定期割除舊硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠后重新涂打硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的維修方式。以動(dòng)車組車窗滲水故障為例,針對(duì)車窗硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的維修,收集并分析故障數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)維修質(zhì)量計(jì)算車窗硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠可靠性壽命,得到維修質(zhì)量控制與修程優(yōu)化建議。數(shù)據(jù)收集與故障影響分析梳理某動(dòng)車運(yùn)用所配屬20列CRH380AL型動(dòng)車組2023,2024年運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù),整理出相關(guān)滲水運(yùn)行故障數(shù)據(jù)29條,部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)處理結(jié)果如表1所列。全部滲水故障原因均為硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠滲水,車窗玻璃未出現(xiàn)滲水故障。根據(jù)對(duì)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠強(qiáng)度受環(huán)境、振動(dòng)影響的研究,其性能在運(yùn)用期間老化速度基本一致,與運(yùn)行時(shí)間相關(guān)。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠出廠維修質(zhì)量是影響故障率的主要因素,判斷硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠維修質(zhì)量,以年均滲水故障數(shù)量為指標(biāo),統(tǒng)計(jì)3.1所述數(shù)據(jù)如圖3所示。泊松分布描述在單位時(shí)間或空間內(nèi)隨機(jī)事件發(fā)生的次數(shù),每列動(dòng)車組車窗硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠年均故障數(shù)量k服從參數(shù)為人的泊松分布r(d)有式(2):因此認(rèn)為年均故障數(shù)在[4.5,4.75」的一列動(dòng)車組維修質(zhì)量存在異常,剔除異常數(shù)據(jù)后迭代計(jì)算,得到的期望與方差估計(jì)量Z=0.779次/年,質(zhì)量波動(dòng)控制下界LCLZ-it一3而=一1.87次/年,質(zhì)量波動(dòng)控制上界UCLZ=}CZ+3而=3.43次/年。迭代后未發(fā)現(xiàn)其他異常數(shù)據(jù),判斷其余19列動(dòng)車組車窗硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠維修質(zhì)量正常,迭代結(jié)束。http://www.cs535.com/
