聚硼硅氧烷(PBS)含高鍵能Si-。一B結(jié)構(gòu)，兼具硅氧烷耐候性與硼化物阻燃性，高溫下可形成熔融液相，促進(jìn)陶瓷化并減少質(zhì)量損失�？査固劂K化合物(Pt)作為硅氫加成高效催化劑，能催化硅氧烷主鏈交聯(lián)，抑制易燃小分子生成，提升阻燃效果。證實(shí)，苯并三哩保護(hù)的Pt可促進(jìn)殘基形成三維交聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，強(qiáng)化炭層防護(hù);Deng等zo利用Pt與氫氧化鋁、碳酸鈣協(xié)同，顯著提升硅酮泡沫阻燃、抑煙及熱穩(wěn)定性;將聚硅氮烷與Pt復(fù)配，有效改善硅橡膠耐漏電起痕性能�，F(xiàn)有研究表明:單一成瓷填料難以平衡致密性與體積穩(wěn)定性，易出現(xiàn)裂紋、收縮或過度膨脹;傳統(tǒng)阻燃一成瓷填料協(xié)同效率低，無法同步滿足雙重性能需求。目前，相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)雖證實(shí)了PBS與Pt的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，但兩者協(xié)同調(diào)控CSS性能的研究較少，協(xié)同機(jī)制闡釋不充分。本文采用平衡縮聚法合成PBS，將其與Pt協(xié)同引人MS密封膠體系，制備高性能阻燃CSS，探究兩者協(xié)同對(duì)材料力學(xué)、熱穩(wěn)定、阻燃及陶瓷化性能的影響機(jī)制，為高端防火領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用提供理論與技術(shù)支撐。司zl.o型):依據(jù)GB/Ts28-2o09標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試MS密封膠拉伸性能，樣條尺寸2smmX4mmX3mm，測試速率200mm/min。萬能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)(英國Instron公司ss67型):(1)依據(jù)GB/T13477.8-2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試粘結(jié)性能，樣條尺寸s0mmX12mmX12mm，測試速率smm/min;(2)依據(jù)GB/T9341-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)鍛燒后陶瓷殘余物進(jìn)行三點(diǎn)彎曲強(qiáng)度測試，加載速率O.smm/min，樣條尺寸80mmX10mmX4mm。水平一垂直燃燒測定儀(檢測技術(shù)有限公司s202型):依據(jù)GB/T10707-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試MS密封膠阻燃等級(jí)，樣條尺寸130mmX13mmX3mm。氧指數(shù)測定儀(s80-1型):依據(jù)GB/T10707-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試MS密封膠極限氧指數(shù)(LOI)，樣條尺寸100mmX6.smmX3mm。錐形量熱儀檢測技術(shù)有限公司6801型):測試MS密封膠燃燒性能，樣品尺寸100mmX100mmX3mm，熱流量s0kW/m2。馬弗爐(安徽貝意克設(shè)備技術(shù)有限公司MF-120℃-M型):升溫速率10℃/min，溫度范圍2s-1200℃，用于陶瓷殘余物鍛燒。X射線多晶衍射儀(德國Bruker公司D8ADVANCEDAVINCI型):掃描范圍為s0900，使用CuKa射線以s(0)/min的掃描頻率進(jìn)行測試。掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM，日本Hitachi公司S4800型):對(duì)噴鉑處理后的陶瓷殘余物斷面進(jìn)行微觀結(jié)構(gòu)觀察，樣品需先豁附在導(dǎo)電膠上。紅外熱成像儀:依據(jù)GB23864-2009標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試防火性能，固定丁烷氣噴槍火焰長度80mm，以火焰外焰燒蝕樣品20min,樣品為涂敷在鐵板表面的MS密封膠，尺寸100mmX100mmX4mm，配合紅外熱成像儀測試樣品背面溫度。http://www.cs535.com/
