我公司輕客涂裝車間某次在生產(chǎn)東風(fēng)御風(fēng)車型時，出現(xiàn)左前車門包邊寬膠膠條批量開裂(如圖所示)，具體表現(xiàn)為:面漆后發(fā)現(xiàn)左前車門貼近輪罩的弧度位置的包邊PVC焊縫MS密封膠寬膠膠條中段出現(xiàn)長度10二左右的裂縫，批次數(shù)量達到95臺，左前車門上其他幾條寬膠膠條無明顯異常;右前車門、側(cè)滑門、機蓋以及后背門的同樣膠型的包邊寬膠膠條無明顯異常，另外，試制中的東風(fēng)睿立達車型的五門一蓋的包邊位置的寬膠膠條也均無明顯異常。
在輕客涂裝車間作業(yè)現(xiàn)場，對門蓋PVC焊縫密封膠涂膠工位進行觀察，發(fā)現(xiàn)輕客車型的機蓋、左右前車、側(cè)滑門以及左右后背門寬膠涂膠的作業(yè)人員均為同一個人。左前車門靠近輪罩弧度位置包邊寬膠膠條開裂缺陷對應(yīng)位置的涂膠要求為涂寬膠，寬膠膠條兩頭靠近邊角處刮膠處理，確保包邊縫隙涂有焊縫密封膠。因此，缺陷位置僅需要進行涂寬膠作業(yè)，作業(yè)內(nèi)容相對簡單，無需進行其他特殊操作。連續(xù)作業(yè)觀察10臺同樣車型，發(fā)現(xiàn)作業(yè)人員嚴格按要求操作。左右前車結(jié)構(gòu)對稱，且僅左前車門固定位置出現(xiàn)包邊寬膠膠條開裂，所有門蓋的其他包邊寬膠膠條并無異常，因此，此問題可以排除涂裝工程涂膠作業(yè)人員技能不足或者不按工藝要求作業(yè)的因素。我公司涂裝車間使用的PVC焊縫MS密封膠生產(chǎn)廠商為廣東時利和汽車實業(yè)集團有限公司，焊縫MS密封膠產(chǎn)品的型號為TESEAM PSN 29 X3，左前車門靠近輪罩弧度位置包邊寬膠膠條開裂問題出現(xiàn)的時段，對應(yīng)使用的焊縫MS密封膠生產(chǎn)批次為2024-06-02>。
針對該批次的PVC焊縫MS密封膠，對材料的基本性能進行了測試(見表所列)，結(jié)果顯示該批次MS密封膠基本性能達標(biāo)，并且對應(yīng)缺陷出現(xiàn)的位置及車型固定，因此排除因材料性能不佳導(dǎo)致左前車門包邊寬膠出現(xiàn)開裂問題。http://www.cs535.com/
