根據(jù)我國2015年發(fā)布的《參加國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織(ISO)和國際電工委員會(IE C國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動管理辦法》，我國丁基防水嵌縫膠領(lǐng)域參與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動
現(xiàn)階段，我國丁基防水嵌縫膠領(lǐng)域主要通過后四種途徑參與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動，即承擔(dān)著ISO/TC59/SC8秘書處工作、國內(nèi)技術(shù)對口單位、擔(dān)任ISO/TC59/SC8委員會經(jīng)理職務(wù)以及推選國內(nèi)知名丁基防水嵌縫膠企業(yè)的多名專家擔(dān)任工作組召集人或注冊專家。
制定國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的兩種途徑
制定丁基防水嵌縫膠國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的兩種途徑主要有:(1)提出新工作提案，主持國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定和修訂工作;(2)積極參與非本國主持的國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，跟蹤研究國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件，并進(jìn)行評議和投票。
目前，這兩種途徑在我國丁基防水嵌縫膠領(lǐng)域國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作中均被采用。國內(nèi)技術(shù)對口單位一直以來引導(dǎo)我國丁基防水嵌縫膠企業(yè)積極提案，深挖丁基防水嵌縫膠領(lǐng)域潛在的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢。近兩年中國代表團(tuán)每年都向ISO/TC59/SC8提交高質(zhì)量的提案，均獲得高度認(rèn)可。
