MS密封膠中添加防霉劑的量分別是。0.2%0.4%、0.6%、0.8%，則基于GB/T 1741-2007標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)相應(yīng)MS密封膠的防霉性能。
分析表可得，如果MS密封膠中不含防霉劑，則其表面霉菌的覆蓋率大概是30%，霉菌清晰可見，樣品表面的覆蓋率取值區(qū)間是【10%,30%，隨著防霉劑用量不斷提升，霉菌明顯減少;如果防霉劑用量取值區(qū)間是【0.6%,0.8%，則從霉菌不易直觀發(fā)現(xiàn)變成在50倍的放大鏡下不能發(fā)現(xiàn)霉菌。
差異環(huán)境溫度對(duì)MS密封膠的抗拉力性能影響
為差異環(huán)境溫度對(duì)MS密封膠抗拉力強(qiáng)度的影響。分析表可知，不同環(huán)境溫度下的MS密封膠抗拉力強(qiáng)度差異較大。一定溫度區(qū)間內(nèi)，溫度與抗拉力強(qiáng)度呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系，溫度降低，抗拉力強(qiáng)度升高。試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)，在溫度達(dá)到700C時(shí)，抗拉力強(qiáng)度最低;溫度達(dá)到一300C時(shí)，抗拉力強(qiáng)度最高，達(dá)到15.4MPa，證明MS密封膠的耐低溫性能特別好、耐高溫性能較差。紫外光、高溫高濕以及低溫對(duì)粘接性能的影響對(duì)MS密封膠展開紫外加速老化試驗(yàn)、耐濕熱性能試驗(yàn)以及低溫試驗(yàn)。通過表可以看出，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間紫外光照射下，MS密封膠的粘度變高，斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率下降，呈現(xiàn)內(nèi)聚破壞現(xiàn)象，說明MS密封膠抵抗紫外輻射性能強(qiáng)。經(jīng)高溫高濕老化研究MS密封膠的耐濕熱性能發(fā)現(xiàn)，跟隨老化時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)，MS密封膠的100%模量下降、粘度增加，當(dāng)老化時(shí)間為21d后，粘接破壞形式為界面破壞，原因是MS密封膠的分子結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)水解或溶脹情況，令強(qiáng)度下降，說明高溫高濕環(huán)境對(duì)MS密封膠粘接性能影響顯著。
對(duì)比室溫性能，低溫下的MS密封膠伸長(zhǎng)率有所下降，原因主要是低溫下的低聚合反應(yīng)活性導(dǎo)致不能完全交聯(lián)，引起聚合度下降，斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率衰減。但是低溫環(huán)境下的粘接破壞形式?jīng)]有發(fā)生變化，表示該環(huán)境下的MS密封膠后期完全固化，耐寒性較好。http://www.cs535.com/
