硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能指標
不同預聚物對常溫粘接性能的影響預聚物為膠體的核心成分,設3種粘度不同的MS預聚物按照粘度排序為1,2,3。其對鋼板的粘接性能。由通過表2可知,隨著預聚物粘度的增加硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘度提升,擠出率降低,斷裂伸長率提升。原因是粘度較大的預聚物具有較大的分子質(zhì)量,其硫化時的交聯(lián)程度較差,斷裂伸長率高。粘度為2的預聚物制備的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠對鋼板的粘接破壞形式為100%內(nèi)聚,這說明粘度為2的預聚物制備的膠體粘接性能最佳,粘度為3的預聚物制備的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘接破壞形式為界面破壞,所以其粘接性能最差。原因是粘度較大的預聚物會令其與鋼板的粘接界面過于濕潤從而影響粘接,并且模量提升引起內(nèi)聚強度增大,當內(nèi)聚強度比粘接強度大時就會出現(xiàn)粘接破壞的情況。
為了增強硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠強度,選擇具有高強抗拉力的CaC03作為填料。但CaC03密度較大易產(chǎn)生沉淀,可在制備過程中添加些許防沉劑。分析填料CaC03含量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠抗拉力性能的影響時,需要確保該膠中其它成分的穩(wěn)定,結(jié)果如圖1所示。力強度為2MPa。在實際應用過程中,當硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠制備的填料CaC03含量達到70%后,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的粘度提升的趨勢增強,攪拌均勻的難度提升,易難攪勻;在50%以下時,其粘度較低,填料CaC03容易出現(xiàn)沉降情況,并且成膜發(fā)粘不致密,所以CaC03的質(zhì)量分數(shù)區(qū)間為50%左右最合適。
增塑劑用量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠物理性能的影響
用表描述增塑劑用量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠物理性能的影響情況。從表可以看出,由于塑化劑用量的提高,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的脆性溫度下降。當塑化劑用量為12份時,材料脆性溫度可以達到一53℃。同時,由于塑化劑用量的提高造成了膠材堅固性能和拉伸強度的減小、伸長率和壓縮永久變形的增加,故選用塑化劑用量為12份時較為理想。
降勃劑用量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響
降茹劑選擇聚醚多元醇,不同用量的聚醚多元醇對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠彈性恢復率的影響如圖所示。膠體彈性恢復率分析圖可得,聚醚多元醇用量間的取值區(qū)間在60%一70%時,彈性恢復率為最大,繼續(xù)增加其用量,彈性恢復率不斷降低。因此,上述用量取值區(qū)間是降低硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘度的最佳條件。http://www.cs535.com/
